Job Title: Aviation AssemblerJob Description
Our client is looking for two candidates for long-term positions. One candidate will join the Paint department and the other will join the Metal Bonding department. The most important requirement is reliability and a desire for long-term employment. Candidates will rotate and receive cross-training in multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks in the Paint or Metal Bonding department
- Rotate between departments as needed and receive cross-training
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively
- Maintain a high level of work ethic and organizational skills
- Perform quality checks on assembled products
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and stooping for extended periods
- Ensure reliable transportation to and from work
Essential Skills- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment
- Capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and perform physical tasks
- Experience with hand and power tools

Work Environment
Machine shop environment with a focus on production and industrial tasks. Employees are expected to work on their feet for extended periods, handle physical tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
