Job Description

Level 1: Working under minimal supervision, perform plugging, masking, and ID painting operations. They will be expected to mix Teflon, operate oven, and complete all required documentation including log maintenance and production logs. They will demonstrate the ability to read work orders and basic prints, perform basic visual inspection, and perform basic setups. They will also be expected to perform various PM operations including cleaning of guns, cleaning of booth, and changing of filters. Typically 2-3 years of experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
Adheres to quality processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Correctly access and interpret documentation (H-Specs, etc.)
Lift up to 35lbs (Repetitive)
Able to work overtime as needed
Perform basic loading/unloading of product
Operate paint machines/booths, cetyl booths, identification machines, and other related machines
Meet area/product specific production standards
Complete process and operation documentation (Traceability, etc.)
Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Required Skills:

The ability to read and write English.

High School Diploma or GED preferred but nor required
