- 4+ years of experience in a parts manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong understanding of press brake, shear, grinder, bandsaw operations, tooling setup, and machine adjustments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, step files and technical specifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Measuring using scales, precision calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
- Inspect parts for accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds independently.
- Must be able to pass fit for work physical and/or drug test as required.
- Must be able to work in areas that require awkward posturing, bending, kneeling, squatting, to include working overhead.
- Must be able to work at height in the hangar and on the flightline.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials and tooling as required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
- If required must be able to perform confined space activities.
- Travel may be required.
