Responsibilities:
Pilot the aircraft with authority, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew
Supervise flight crew operations, ensuring complete compliance with FAA regulations
Strategize and determine optimal flight routes, managing speed and timing for schedules
Exercise decisive judgment regarding delays, reroutes, or cancellations
Engage in additional departmental duties when not actively flying to support organizational growth
Requirements:
Possession of an ATP Certificate
Accumulation of at least 4,000 hours in total flight time
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience with the Challenger 300 aircraft is highly advantageous
Flexibility to adapt to variable work schedules
Capability to obtain and sustain an FAA First Class medical certification
