Responsibilities:

• Pilot the aircraft with authority, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew

• Supervise flight crew operations, ensuring complete compliance with FAA regulations

• Strategize and determine optimal flight routes, managing speed and timing for schedules

• Exercise decisive judgment regarding delays, reroutes, or cancellations

• Engage in additional departmental duties when not actively flying to support organizational growth

Requirements:

• Possession of an ATP Certificate

• Accumulation of at least 4,000 hours in total flight time

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory

• Prior experience with the Challenger 300 aircraft is highly advantageous

• Flexibility to adapt to variable work schedules

• Capability to obtain and sustain an FAA First Class medical certification
