First Officer Compensation
 
  • $60,000 first year pay for first officers with all signing bonuses
  • $38.80 per hour for 1,000 hours
  • $16,200 signing bonus
  • $5,000 signing bonus for current Part 121 or 135 experience
 
Time Off
 
  • Guaranteed a minimum of 11 days off per month
  • 42 hours paid sick leave per year
  • 5 paid vacation days in your first year
  • 10 paid vacation days in your second year

Captain Upgrade
 
  • Upgrade in 12-15 months, sooner with Part 121 experience
  • After 2,500 total hours and 1,000 Part 121 hours, bid for captain
  • Pay increases to $53-$63 after upgrade
  • Growing fleet and fastest flow gives more opportunities for captaincies
 
Captain Compensation

  • $60,000 first year pay for first officers with all signing bonuses
  • $59.62 per hour for 1,000 hours
  • $39,200 signing bonus
  • $5,000 signing bonus for current Part 121 or 135 experience

Job Requirements:
 
Minimum Qualifications First Officer
  • 1,500 hours of flight time, 50 hours of multi-engine time, 250 hours as Pilot in Command or meet requirements for Restricted ATP
  • Commercial Multi-engine certificate with an instrument rating, and an English Proficient Endorsement
  • Valid United States passport or a valid passport with authorization to work in the United States
  • FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications First Officer:
  • College degree from an accredited school
  • Current employment in a pilot position
Minimum Qualifications Captain:

  • 2,500 hours of flight time
