Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Lear 60 First Officer to join our Fort Lauderdale-based crew. This position requires a professional pilot with a commitment to safety, reliability, and passenger satisfaction. As this is a non-commutable position, applicants must live within one hour of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or be willing to relocate within this proximity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations, including pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties
- Support flight planning, conduct weather briefings, and perform aircraft inspections
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort by adhering to company and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with the Captain, ground crew, and passengers
- Complete administrative duties related to flight operations and ensure accurate documentation of all required records
- Maintain current training and currency in the Lear 60, meeting all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current LR60 Type Rating or willingness to obtain
- Commercial Pilot Certificate with a valid Medical Certificate
- Minimum flight hours as required by company and regulatory standards
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and standard operating procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must reside within one hour of FLL or be willing to relocate
