Position Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals to foster a high-performance culture. This role involves guiding talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management while promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite - Van Nuys)
Compensation: $105,000 – $173,000
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with business objectives, advising on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee retention.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and support managers in resolving conflicts.
  • Collaboration: Work with Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Benefits teams to integrate HR services seamlessly.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, including organizational restructuring and process improvements.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, adaptability, project management, and strategic thinking.
  • Expertise in employee relations, change management, and DEI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree with 7-10 years of HR experience.
  • PHR or SPHR preferred.
Travel:
  • Minimal, up to 10.
