As a global leader in Civil Aviation training, our Business Aviation Training Division is undergoing an exciting period of expansion and we now have several full-time openings for Synthetic FlightInstructors based out of our Burgess Hill (West Sussex) Training Centre. The role we are offering you
We are looking for instructors to join us across a variety of platforms including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, Challenger and King Air. We will build upon your existing experience as an aviation professional and transform you into a world-class Synthetic Flight Instructor and subject matter expert, ready to lead clients through their training u2013 all with the added benefit of spending less time away from home.
You will work alongside our client partners, providing expert Synthetic Flight instruction.In addition, someclassroom based instruction will be required, and you will be responsible for the upkeep of accurate and concise trainee records.You willalso get towork with state of the art synthetic training equipment and the very latest aircrafttechnologies.
Our ideal candidate has
Held a UK, EASA or ICAO equivalent licence
1500 hours or more total multi-pilot time
Recent instructional experience u2013 TRI/TRE/SFI/SFE desirable and/or teaching experience
Previous experience operating within a business aviation environment on the platforms mentioned above highly desirable although not essential
A keen eye for detail in training delivery u2013 you must be willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and requirements
Ability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer base
Basic computer proficiency u2013 Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
Must read, speak, and converse in English at a high level
Flexibility to commit to a 5-day-on / 2-days-off work pattern
Must live in commutable distance to Burgess Hill (ideally within a 1-hour drive / 30 miles or willing to make appropriate arrangements to stay locally)
The right to live and work in the UKis desirable

Location
The role will be based out of our Burgess Hill Training Centre so you will need to be able to commit to 5 days per week onsite
**Please note that a training bond would apply to this position. The level of bond is determined by previous experience and ratings**
