The Chief Pilot oversees all flight operations, ensures compliance with FAA regulations, maintains the highest safety standards, and manages the pilot team. This role is integral to operational efficiency, pilot training, and maintaining Fly Heli’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all flight operations comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Pilot Management & Training: Recruit, train, and supervise pilots while maintaining qualification records and recurrent training programs.
- Safety Oversight: Champion Fly Heli’s commitment to a 100% accident-free safety record, enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Operational Leadership: I will work closely with the COO and operations team to optimize flight schedules, aircraft utilization, and customer experience.
- Flight Performance & Standards: Conduct pilot evaluations, check rides, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Incident & Emergency Response: Lead investigations into operational incidents, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on aviation technology, regulatory changes, and industry trends to enhance operational efficiency.

- CPL/RW
- 50 Hours Turbine
