UH60 Helicopter Pilot

5 State Helicopters Inc. is an FAA Air Carrier (Part 135), a Certificated External Load Operator (Part 133), and contracted with USFS for Wildland Fire Fighting.
5 State has immediate openings and is currently accepting resumes for Seasonal Wildland Firefighting UH60 Type Rated Pilots.

Preferred positions require 2500 hours of PIC Helicopter experience with an emphasis on precision long-line skills (willing to train the right candidate with a predetermined contract commitment). We are based in Fate Texas

• Vertical Reference (Long Line) operations
• Cargo/Passenger Transport
• Disaster Relief Operations
• Wildland Fire Suppression
• Various other operations

• Must have a valid FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Pilot Certificate or Helicopter ATP
• Current Class II Medical
• 2500 hours PIC Helicopters preferred; 1500 hours PIC Turbine Helicopter required
• SIC 1500 hours total time required
• 500 hours of Vertical Reference (Long Line) preferred (willing to train the right candidate with a predetermined contract commitment)
• 100 hours Helicopter within the last 12 months
• 200 hours of Mountain Flight experience
• English Proficient
