About the Company
Prime Jet was established in June 2002, obtaining its US FAA Worldwide Air Carrier Certificate based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Owned by the former CEO of Amgen, Mr. Gordon Binder, from the years of 2002 to 2010, Prime Jet grew to be the most revered Part 135 Charter Company of the industry. During this time, Prime Jet maintained a split base of operations, with Maintenance and Operations Departments based in Scottsdale, AZ and Dispatch based in Van Nuys, CA.
In June of 2011, former owner Gordon Binder, sold the company to members of the original Prime Jet Senior Management Team now continuing to serve with vested interest. The experienced management team plans for rapid expansion of their charter and privately managed world-wide fleet, offering versatile, customized management plans designed to meet aircraft owner goals. Moving forward, Prime Jet pledges to uphold the successful formula of innovation, hard work, and honest business practices that created the lucrative Prime Jet brand.
