Job Description:
Qmulus Aviation, a subsidiary of SprintBach Aviation, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and establish strong relationships across our Part 135 and Part 145 operations.
 
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in aviation sales and a strong understanding of FAA Part 145 regulations, particularly in selling aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) contracts to government and commercial clients.
 
Additionally, this role will focus on expanding our Part 135 charter operations, targeting new commercial and government contracts, including medical and cargo transportation services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients in the aviation industry, build relationships with key decision-makers, and present tailored solutions to meet their aircraft maintenance and transportation needs.
 
• Sales & Negotiation: Secure contracts for MRO services under Part 145 and charter operations under Part 135, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
 
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing client relationships, provide updates on maintenance progress, address concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
 
• Technical Expertise: Effectively communicate complex aviation concepts and maintenance procedures to clients with varying levels of industry knowledge.
 
• A solid understanding of FAA Part 145 and Part 135 regulations, along with hands-on knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations.
 
• A proven track record in aviation sales, with the ability to negotiate, close deals, and build lasting relationships with clients.
 
• Strong communication skills—you should be able to break down complex technical concepts and explain them in a way that makes sense to clients with different levels of aviation knowledge.
 
• A keen eye for quality control and regulatory compliance, ensuring all operations meet Part 145 maintenance standards.
 
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
