Org Marketing Statement
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for increasing the sales revenue and profitable growth in electronic industry.
Work on short and long term plans to grow the product group business with existing products and potential solutions.
Interact with Parker FCG division, sales team and operations team to provide premier customer experience.
MAIN DUTIES
- Accelerate business growth by offering solution /value sales
- Establish realistic/stretch goals and timeline to capture spanet share in targeted spanets and achieve the Marketing Plan.
- Enhance/speed up support to grow system/value sales by co-work with other product groups’ sales team
- Actively supports cross-divisional and other group products sales activities.
- Work closely with operations and support team to ensure excellent fulfillment is provided to customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Sales responsibility for full range of electronic industry including Data center, in Taiwan and assigned accounts.
- Create and maintain strong $ potential projects in Opportunities Pipeline.
- Continue to evaluate & make required changes on the Distributor Channel to support the business growth
- Identify spanet trend, customer needs, and spanet size/potential.
- Identify new potential customers and applications.
- Establish and implement mid-term (3-5 years) sales growth plan.
- Provide spanet intelligence to aid in sound product development and commercialization.
- To handling quality meeting, technical discussion and hold meeting across countries.
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical engineering, Master is a plus
- Competent in English.
- More than 5-year experience in sales and/or spaneting requiring frequent customer interaction. Knowledgeable in Thermal products.
- Strong analytical, technical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and written/verbal communication skills.
