As Charter Sales Manager at Erin Air, your primary responsibility involves leading and guiding a high-performing charter sales team towards achieving increased sales and heightened customer satisfaction. Your role encompasses the development and reinforcement of a proactive sales culture within the team, ensuring that all members are motivated and equipped to surpass sales targets efficiently.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, establishing and nurturing significant client and owner relationships, and surpassing sales goals. Your drive for sales excellence, coupled with your ability to strategize and execute, will make you a perfect fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a dynamic pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring a healthy balance between quantity and quality.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients, aircraft owners, and brokers.
  • Lead and mentor the charter sales team, providing direction, training, and support to achieve sales objectives.
  • Work in tandem with leadership and marketing to devise and enact a sales strategy that supports Erin Air's goals, pinpointing target markets and devising outreach strategies.
  • Represent Erin Air at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment through professional conduct, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to superior client service.

Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated work experience as a successful sales executive
  • 3+ years experience in Part 135 sales management
  • 5+ years experience in Part 135 sales
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven record of leading and growing sales teams
  • Charismatic, approachable, and engaging demeanor
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM software and MS Suite of Products
Salary Range: 85,000-95,000
