Reporting to the Company Owner and General Manager, the Customer Service / Sales Manager is responsible for developing and
driving sales of The New Firewall Forward’s piston engine overhaul and airframe maintenance services. The position is responsible
for growing existing accounts and generating business for new accounts. This requires a comprehensive set of skills including sales
strategy, networking, developing new relationships, sales support and customer support. In addition, this person will stay engaged in
the day-to-day activities as required to monitor job progression and update customers on a regular basis.
Essential Functions:Develop strategies to systemically acquire new leads and customers.
Be adept and comfortable in applying professional sales tactics including customer profiling, clear definition of
needs, creative solutions, negotiations and closing sales.
Understands market dynamics and the competitive landscape and navigates accordingly.
Remain current on company product and services offerings. Understands cost, price, certification/airworthiness, availability
and export compliance.
Display strong business discipline, insight and ethics.
Travels to and visits with customers and partners to be able to anticipate their current and future aircraft requirements.
