Job Description:

Tasks

Among other things, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for the management, technical control and optimisation of the work and process flow within the assigned area of responsibility and for dealing with topics of strategic importance
Responsible for the disciplinary management, development, promotion and qualification of the assigned group of employees
Responsible for the realisation of sales targets including cost targets, responsible for the result in the assigned region
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the respective customer groups
Taking on cross-divisional coordination and initiating and implementing process optimisations
Advising customers on transport solutions and preparing customised offers

Requirements

What you bring with you:

Completed university degree relevant to the job or knowledge and skills equivalent to those required for the job through relevant training and professional experience
Many years of relevant professional experience, especially in sales and management experience
Ability to lead, coach and develop employees
Good knowledge of the air freight and/or aviation industry and the Lufthansa Group
Confident demeanour, persuasiveness and assertiveness
Strong flexibility and initiative
German: business fluent
English: business fluent
