Job Description:

  • Develop and deploy regional sales strategy, including traditional sales and business development activities;
  • Achieve commercial ambition through existing or new private and governmental customers in the assigned region and lead commercial/contract negotiation, contract execution and support to S&S sales;
  • Lead all regional activities including building and maintaining relationship with local stakeholders and customers as well as the internal organization at local airshows and events;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial operation and support & service teams locally and different functions at central Airbus China;
  • Ensure all activities are in line with company E&C policies
  • Location based in Zhuhai
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or engineering or 4 to 10 years’ experience in aviation industry;
  • Languages: Chinese Mandarin – Native and English – Full working proficiency;
  • Strong passion with knowledge of aviation industry, including market development, customer relationship management and etc.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in project management;
  • Capable to lead initiatives with good capability of negotiation, problem solving as well as strategic thinking;
