In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with customers, meet sales goals, and support store operations while helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Customer Engagement: Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience from greeting to checkout.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by following and executing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage inventory, handle store orders, and maintain an organized stockroom.
- POS & Merchandise Handling: Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases, handle merchandise returns, and ensure accurate processing of freight and inter-store transfers.
- Inventory Management: Help prepare and organize store inventory, ensuring products are in stock and easily accessible to customers.
- Communication & Collaboration: Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and listening skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience working in a retail environment, handling both sales and operational tasks.
- Experience with store inventory management and processing store orders.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.

Pay Details: $16.28 to $20.47 per hour
