We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales & Market Analyst for the Swedish spanet. As a Sales & Market Analyst you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and spanet data. You will provide valuable feedback and actionable insights to steer and guide sales activities. To be a successful Sales & Market Analyst you should be able to analyze large amounts of data, produce quality reports under time pressure and build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the process.

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance

• Correlate data into actionable insights for teams

• Analyze competitor and customer activity, as well as spanet trends

• Support short- and long-term sales planning on local and Nordic level

• Support Sales Lead and the local sales & spaneting team with actionable insights and recommendations

• Provide internal and external stakeholders with analytics and secure optimization

• Drive data-driven decisions in our organization

• Bachelor (or master) degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years of analyst experience

• Experience from working with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel

• Affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset

• Commercially driven – understand how data can be transformed to create tangible business value

• Be able to transform complex data into understandable recommendations

• Committed and positive attitude

• Good communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English

• Experience from the travel industry is a plus
