Role Overview

Coordinate both sales and operational activities, and provide necessary support to help grow the Taiwan branch’s business and operations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Sales Support: Ability to support the sales team with customer profile and relationship management, as well as maintaining relevant information on suppliers and partners.

• Past Due Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collections and proactively monitor outstanding payments and past-due accounts, especially from key customers.

• Problem-Solving Capability: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, track, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Analytical and Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, analyzing operational data, and preparing reports or performance summaries.

• Operational Coordination: Skilled in handling day-to-day operations and hosting corporate executive visits.

• Aviation Industry Experience: Understanding of the aviation industry, particularly within Taiwan, Greater China, and the Asia-Pacific region.

• Customer Event Management: Experienced in organizing and executing customer and internal events. Proficient in coordinating logistics and managing post-event follow-up.

• Sales Administration: Hands-on experience in processing purchase orders and conducting basic financial follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations, preferably within the aviation or airline industry.

• Familiarity with aviation marketing tools and platforms such as CAPA and Cirium.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales support systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

• Previous experience in the airline/aviation industry is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Willing to take on challenges; quick learner with high adaptability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

• Proactive and highly self-motivated.
