Reporting to the New Zealand Regional Cargo Manager, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide support for the New Zealand Cargo Sales function and help build and enhance relationships with customers. This role will also focus on customer management initiatives and revenue growth.
The role is based at our Air New Zealand Cargo facility at Auckland Airport.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering customer reporting suites, business analytics, and business performance enhancements relating to the sales function.
- Provide support for the New Zealand Cargo Sales function and help build and enhance relationships with customers.
- Delivering efficient and effective ownership of the Microsoft Teams sites, shared drives and our customer management tools.
- Working with the sales team and marketing/brand to create the brand, communications, and collateral for Cargo
- Managing your own portfolio.
What you will bring to the role:
- Significant experience in an airline or logistics environment
- Previous administrative or Business Support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a great team player!
