- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.
- A minimum of 10+ years relevant and related work experience with a minimum of 5 years successfully leading and directing engineering teams.
- Experience working in highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative environments, required.
- Ability to bring proven experience across a broad range of software and engineering development methodologies.
- Develop highly scalable development teams.
- Advanced understanding of systems engineering, including mechanical, electrical and software engineering is a prerequisite.
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, UAS, robotics fields, preferred.
- Experience in developing image processing, machine learning systems, and artificial intelligence.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- S. Citizen with a current passport.
