Job Title: Avionics TechnicianMust have 4 years Military OR 7 years Commercial Experience Responsibilities
- Modify, install, test, repair - aircraft avionics and ground support equipment.
- High level knowledge of electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, wire diagrams, to build prototype electronic assemblies.
- Utilize multi-meter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, frequency meter, and logic probe for tasks like checkout, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Fabricate cables harnesses, populate electronic assemblies, solder, crimp, and perform wire terminations to interface equipment to sensors, data acquisition units, and test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits to the component level.
- Perform hands-on electrical, instrumentation, and avionics maintenance on aircraft.
Essential Skills- Expert-level troubleshooting and soldering capabilities.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Ability to qualify for and maintain a Security Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Flight Line experience is a huge plus.

Work Environment
Two shifts available: 1st Shift (6/7am, 8+ hours, Mon-Fri) and 2nd Shift (2/3pm, 8+ hours, Mon-Fri).
Work on the Flight Line and in the Back Shop.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $87000.00
401k, medical, dental , vision, and profit sharing. They will hire directly. They do direct hire and will have them start in Mojave but train in vegas for two weeks

This is a fully onsite position in Edwards Air Force Base,CA.
