Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to perform heavy checks (C&D) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft. The primary responsibilities include installing and modifying NC power in all first/business class seats and possessing experience with Wifi and ADS-B modifications. You will be working with a fleet of over 50 CRJ 700 aircraft.
- Perform heavy checks (C&D) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft.
- Install and modify NC power in all first/business class seats.
- Conduct Wifi and ADS-B modifications.
- Troubleshoot, install, and repair avionics and aircraft electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with CRJ 700 is not required, but similar install/mod experience on any airframe is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Work Environment
You will work in a non-climate-controlled hangar or line maintenance environment as needed. The position requires flexibility to work any day or shift, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available, considering safety and quality. The schedule consists of either 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts. All blueprints and drawings are on tablets, so technicians must be able to read the prints and operate a tablet.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, Missouri.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
