Job Title: Assembler Electrical - All Levels
Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced Production Test Electrical Avionics Assemblers (Level B or Level C) to join the 787 Program in North Charleston, South Carolina. Youll work on electrical assembly for aircraft systems using manual or automated tools.
Responsibilities
- Test and install avionics equipment and electrical systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot communication, navigation, and flight control systems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on avionics systems.
- Fabricate and install wire harnesses and electrical components.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Essential Skills- Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- 1+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing.
- 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly or electronic materials.
- 1+ years of experience in avionics troubleshooting and wire installations.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and read blueprints in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
- Experience with functional testing of aircraft electrical systems.
- Knowledge of testing in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft systems.
- Experience with the 787 Program.

Work Environment
You will be working in large teams and must be open to working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. The typical shift times range from early morning to late night. The role requires working with various tools and equipment such as circuit testers, oscilloscopes, voltmeters, soldering irons, hand tools, power tools, wire harness fabrication tools, and software tools for diagnostics and updates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00
