Electronic Tester Troubleshoot Technician Power the Future of Aviation in Tucson, AZ!Shift & Pay Details:
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Training Period: First shift (30-60 days) before transitioning to 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $23/hr starting, increasing to $25/hr after moving to 2nd shift
Ideal Candidate:A recent engineering graduate looking for their first job opportunity
Experienced electronics technician with a 2-year associate degree or 5 years of hands-on experience
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret schematics and diagnose issues at the component level
Effective team player with excellent problem-solving skills
Open to temp-to-hire with consideration for direct hire
Responsibilities:Perform repetitive to non-repetitive assembly, testing, and analysis of aircraft electronic components
Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems following OEM and regulatory guidelines
Operate automated assembly and test equipment, perform hand soldering, and inspect products for quality assurance
Identify and resolve issues in the assembly process, ensuring high-quality production within tight deadlines
Work in collaboration with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet production goals
Skills & Qualifications:Certifications: Must possess site-specific certifications as required
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of board assembly processes, product flow, and soldering specifications
Software Proficiency: Experience with SAP preferred; ability to use Word, Excel, and documentation control systems
Testing Expertise: Familiarity with in-circuit and functional test fixturing
Manufacturing Systems: Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes
Work Environment & Physical Demands:Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature variations
Requires manual dexterity, precise hand-eye coordination, and prolonged repetitive motions
May involve lifting heavy objects and extended visual concentration on detailed documentation

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
