Overview
We are seeking skilled and qualified A & P Mechanics to join our maintenance team. Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in repairs to our fleet of six, Learjet 60 series, three, Learjet 30 Series, and two Daher/Kodiak 100 aircraft.
The ideal candidates must have a minimum of three years experience in jet maintenance environments, preferably on Learjet Aircrafts and Pratt & Whitney Series 305 & PT6A engines. They will also possess a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, sheet metal, and/or electronic systems is essential. Problem-solving, analytical skills, and critical thinking are also essential in this position and company. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations, contributing to overall productivity and safety. Lastly, candidates must have the ability to work closely and communicate effectively with other members of the maintenance crew.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and checks on Learjet and Daher/Kodiak aircraft.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety regulations, and company policies during all repair activities.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to best practices for safety.
