You will be the Finance Analyst Sr, joining the Tactical Strike Missions Finance Team to support program finance functions with financial analysis, planning, and decision-making. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Analyst Sr, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis, establishing long-range plans, and managing financial metrics to support the business area.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Developing and maintaining Long-Range Plans (LRPs) for the business area, including financial metrics and forecasting
•Managing financial metrics for the business area, including tracking and analyzing financial performance
•Communicating financial performance to senior management, including presenting financial data and insights
•Supporting the Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) process, including preparing and presenting financial data to senior management
•Applying principles of Earned Value Management (EVM) to lead preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work
•Performing financial analysis, including funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis, to inform business decisions
•Ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success

Basic Qualifications:
-Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical ability, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data
-Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
-Must be able to work under tight deadlines
-Self-starter
-Experience establishing/ managing program cost baselines
-Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
