Position Requirements: Candidate must possess an FAA A&P with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in aviation maintenance, military or civilian.
Passport and willing to travel CONUS/OCONUS favorable.
Physical Requirements: Perform maintenance on fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. Ability to lift and carry NLT 50 lbs., ability to work in confined spaces and utilize hand/power tools.
Cognitive Requirements: Ability to read and understand technical documentation, to engineer drawings and schematics, electrical systems, follow written and verbal directions, and safely perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to troubleshoot aircraft systems, components, and sub-components and return aircraft and engines to airworthy standards in a timely fashion. Must possess drive, initiative, and accountability to expedite maintenance on the flight-line, or in the shop in addition to multi-tasking various job tasks required throughout the workday. Personal hand-tools and toolbox required.
Required Training: A civilian or military aviation technical school with Five (5) years’ experience in aviation maintenance.
-Must maintain a FAA Airframe and Power Plant License.
-Helicopter experience with light single/ twin engine experience preferred but not required.
-Part 145 Repair station experience preferred but not required.
-Fixed wing Cessna series airframe + engine preferred but not required.
