Hydraulic Fabricator I - Savannah

Fabricate fluid transfer lines/tubing and/or hydraulic parts to support the next assembly areas. Ensure quality standards are maintained.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cut tubing to size per the engineering specifications.
• Bend tubing on the tube benders while maintaining specified blueprint tolerances.
• Set up and operate deburr machines to ensure proper finish.
• Operate Supraport computer system.
• Build hydraulic components and subassemblies from engineering blueprints.
• Operate identification-producing equipment.
• Identify material per engineering specifications.

Additional Functions:

• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Support company FOD program.
• Comply with company safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related hydraulic experience.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be skilled in close tolerance work and have knowledge of the use of special tools and equipment.
• Must be able to use basic math.
• The employee must attend and become proficient in the following software programs: or (proficient in all software-related programs required to perform job functions) Catia V5, Smarteam, and Solumina training.
• Employees must obtain and become Q-stamp qualified within 6 months of signing the acceptance letter. (Basic math and reading skills set forth by quality requirements).
