• Hold a valid A&P License.
• US citizenship is a must.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of General Aviation experience within an FBO/MRO environment.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire for completing projects efficiently.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Preference will be given to candidates with IA certification and those with a background in King Air and Cessna Citation maintenance.
• Ability to logically troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies in a timely manner.
