The Federal division provides information technology services, such as enterprise information systems; intelligence analysis and studies; engineering and technical; portals, data warehouse, and data mining; and location and identification technologies. iBASEt Inc. was formerly known as Telecom Solutions, Inc. and changed its name to iBASEt Inc. in January 1999. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Foothill Ranch, California with an additional office in Ahmedabad, India.
