Duties:
- Will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top-caliber candidates, as well as manage tracking applicants
- Locating the most qualified employees available and matching them to the open positions for which they are best suited
- Screen and qualify applicants utilizing companys computer database
- Review resumes and make outbound contacts using various methods
- Maintaining rapport with candidates and provide excellent customer service
